New Judiciary PRO Makes Maiden Interaction with Media

The new Judiciary Public Relations Officer, HW James Ereemye Jumire Mawanda has made his maiden interaction with the media this morning at an event presided over by the Judiciary Chief Registrar Sarah Langa Siu and his predecessor Hon. Justice Jamson Karemani.
HW Ereemye was assigned the role of PRO by the Chief Justice, Hon. Justice Alfonse Chigamoy Owiny-Dollo, recently following the promotion of Hon. Justice Karemani as the Judge of the High Court.
In his remarks, HW Ereemye said that he enjoyed working with journalists in his courts even when he didn't know that at one point he would be appointed the Judiciary Public Relations Officer.
He promised total cooperation saying friendship is vital and support for each other is crucial and necessary.
The new PRO said he has now gotten an opportunity to see the people physically he has heard of and seen on TVs. He noted that he will always be available to give media the necessary coverage because he understands news as something reported immediately as it happens.
